Evelyn’s journey started long before the cafe itself. From a young age, she was captivated by the aroma of freshly roasted coffee beans and the artistry of creating the perfect espresso drink. She spent years honing her skills as a barista, learning from the best in the industry and developing a deep understanding of the nuances of coffee brewing.
